    My car has side-impact airbags. Are your seat covers compatible with this?

    Yes, we offer seat covers that are compatible with side-impact airbags. However, please note that not all our seat covers are designed for this feature. To find airbag-compatible seat covers, please use the filter option labeled "Airbag-Compatible" on the left side of our Universal seat cover selection page.     My rear seat is a split bench. Are your seat covers compatible with this?

    Yes, we have seat covers compatible with split bench configurations, including 40/60, 50/50, and 40/20/40 splits. They are also designed to accommodate fold-down cup holders, armrests, and consoles for added convenience. To find these specific seat covers, please use the "Split Rear Bench" filter on the left side of our Universal seat cover selection page.     I have heated/ventilated seats. Will your seat covers affect this?

    Yes, our seat covers are compatible with heated and ventilated seats. However, please be aware that depending on the style and material of the seat cover, you might experience a slight delay in the heating/cooling sensation. This is because the heat/air needs to pass through the material of our seat covers, but rest assured, it will not impede the functionality of your heated and ventilated seats.

    Are your seat covers machine washable?

    Our seat covers come in two primary materials: fabric and faux leather. For fabric seat covers, you can gently machine wash and air dry them to maintain their quality. For faux leather seat covers, a direct wipe clean is recommended for best care.

    Are your seat covers UV protected?

    Yes, our seat covers are UV protected to help prevent fading and damage from sunlight exposure. However, over time, slight fading may still occur in areas with intense sunlight.which is part of normal wear and tear of the product

    Where do I find the hardware for installing my seat covers?

    Our seat covers are categorized into two main types: seat covers and seat cushions. For a full set of seat covers, each set includes 8 clips, which are stored at the junction between the back and the seat of the front seats. If you've purchased a half set of seat covers, it will come with 4 clips. Regarding seat cushions, a complete set has 8 discs and 8 hooks, whereas a half set contains 4 discs and 4 hooks.

    How many mesh pieces are included in one set of seat covers?

     For our universally designed seat covers, one set of mesh separators is included as standard. If you need additional sets, you can purchase them here. When placing your order, please make sure to include the Product Name, Product SKU, or a link to where you purchased it in the notes section. This information will help us serve you better.

     Why are there no pre-cut holes for my headrests or seat belts in my seat covers?

    A: If the seat covers you've received don't have pre-cut holes for headrests or seat belts, it's likely you've purchased one of our universal seat covers. Designed to accommodate a wide range of vehicles, our universal seat covers don't come with pre-cut holes due to the varying positions of headrests and seat belts across different models.     Are your Custom Fit seat covers compatible with Airbags?

    Yes, our Custom Fit seat covers are designed to be compatible with airbags. While there may not be a specific tag indicating this feature, the unique stitching pattern on the side of the seat cover is engineered to allow for the proper deployment of airbags in the event of an accident.

    Why do my rubber floor mats have a smell?

     It’s normal for new rubber mats to have an odor when first removed from the packaging, and this smell is completely non-toxic. To eliminate the odor, you can air out the mat for 24 hours. If the odor persists, wash the mat with soap and water and allow it to air dry.

    What is the Prop65 warning on my item?

    Proposition 65 is a California law that requires labels on products that may contain chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. FH Group tests the chemicals in our products to ensure safety. Since our products are sold nationwide, we must comply with this law and include the appropriate warnings.

    Can I change the free gift to a different option?

    Our free gift offer is based on the total amount of your purchase. You can find all our free gift options here. If you wish to choose a different gift within the same level, simply add your desired products to the cart, and the system will automatically suggest a free gift. You have the option to select "choose a different gift" at this stage. If you're looking to select a free gift from a different level, you will need to contact us via email. Please note, you can only switch to a free gift from a lower level than your current one.

    Why does my order still show Unfulfilled/ on hold?

    Your order may remain unfulfilled or on hold for several reasons. If you’ve purchased a custom seat cover, these usually require around 7-10 days to process. If your purchase isn’t a custom seat cover and it’s been over two days without shipment, please check your email, as our customer service team should have reached out to you. Additionally, stock shortages or payment issues could also delay your order. To resolve this quickly, please contact our customer service directly at info@fhgroupauto.com

     How long will it take for my order to ship?

    Orders are typically shipped within one business day after payment confirmation. However, the overall delivery time can vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Generally, domestic deliveries take about 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-15 business days. Please note that these are estimated times and factors such as customs clearance and carrier efficiency can affect delivery. For precise timing and to choose the best shipping method for your needs, please refer to the options available at checkout.

    Can I return a product if it doesn’t meet my expectations?

    Yes, you are welcome to return any product that does not meet your expectations within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging. This will make the return process smoother and quicker.

    There’s an item missing from my order.

    If you discover a missing part in your order, please contact us immediately either through chat or by emailing us at info@fhgroupauto.com. Please provide your order details and specify which specific item is missing. If possible, also provide a photo of the packaging as it arrived. If you purchased the product through another website, please find your order on that site and contact the seller directly. We will respond to you within 24 hours. 

    What to do if there is an item damaged or I received the wrong item?

    Our products should arrive undamaged and in the correct way but if for some reason this is not true, we can help! Please contact us immediately with your order details, specify which piece is damaged/wrong, and provide photos. If you purchased the product through another website, please find your order on that site and contact the seller directly. We will respond to you within 24 hours. 

    My package says it was delivered but I don’t have it. What should I do?

    First, please check around your delivery area, as the package may have been left in a different spot than usual. It's also a good idea to ask family members and neighbors in case someone collected it on your behalf. 

    Or If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered and left in a locker, but there is no locker at your address, it's most likely at the local USPS office's locker. Please visit or contact your local Post Office to check. 

    Additionally, if none of the above situations apply, I suggest contacting your local shipping carrier directly for detailed assistance. Calling the carrier's local number rather than the 800 number can often result in faster responses. If you need further assistance after these steps, please let us know.

    Can I return Custom Fit Seat covers?
